I absolutely love how it’s right next to the water 😍😍😍

Great view, cozy room with ample space. The hotel lobby and surrounding facilities area all a nice comfortable temprature during our winter stay. Restraunts (steak + burgers/pizza) within/surrounding area were fantastic too. While being close to airport, we didn't experience any distruptive noise.

Everything. The staff were extraordinary. They were always offering to help and were friendly. They went above and beyond when we're celebrating a special occasion. The housekeeping staff always made sure our rooms were clean. We enjoyed the food at brekky and dinner. Our group we travelled with included a family with a baby, couple and singles. They always accommodated us all. We will be back. In terms of location it isn't to far from the CBD and lake as a backdrop is worth it too.

One of the workers Yannick, he was absolutely amazing! He made our stay feel Soo welcoming, very kind, helpful, and such amazing service! He definitely deserves a raise. He made our stay feel better. Also Peggy who I seen at the front desk, she was very lovely! My son is autistic and everyone was Soo very accommodating! We flew to Queenstown for his birthday and the Hilton was perfect for his stay. Overall the whole stay was amazing, only thing I'd say is probably provide more cutlery but other then that, service, the place, the wakatipu grill, absolutely amazing. Will be staying there more often when we go back.

location is incredible. Spa is amazing. Food is awesome. Concierge services are wonderful. Would definitely come back if we return to queenstown.
